Level 2 Meal Plan

BEFORE BREAKFAST
  • Ginseng Tea made with distilled water
  • (2) Liv-C tablets (wait 10 minutes before continuing on program)
  • (3) heaping tsp of powder or (10) capsules DC-2
  • Probiotic
  • Wait 45 minutes before eating breakfast

 

BREAKFAST
  • (1) tsp HSU Aloe Vera Juice (10:1 concentrate)
  • (2) DC-1 capsules
  • Fresh fruit - one kind (as much as desired, stop one hour before lunch)
  • (5) Kelp tablets

 

LUNCH
  • (1) tsp HSU Aloe Vera Juice (10:1 concentrate)
  • (2) DC-1 capsules
  • Any carbohydrate meal in proper combination with a fresh salad, lightly cooked vegetables, and a glass of carrot juice.
  • (1) Digestive enzyme tablet or capsule
  • (1) C-B-R (Vitamin C 1000 mg with Bioflavonoids and Rutin) tablet
  • (3) Multi-mineral capsules or (1) Multi-Mineral tablet

 

MID-AFTERNOON
  • Ginseng Tea made with distilled water
  • Sun Chlorella (1 packed dissolved in distilled water or 15 tablets)

 

BEFORE DINNER
  • (10 minutes) (1) tbsp Cod Liver Oil or (4) capsules

 

DINNER
  • (1) tsp HSU Aloe Vera Juice (10:1 concentrate)
  • (2) DC-1 capsules
  • Any protein meal (limit red meats) in proper combination with a fresh salad, lightly cooked vegetables, and a glass of carrot juice.
  • (5) Kelp tablets
  • (1) Choice One (Multi-Vitamin/Mineral) tablet
  • (1) Vitamin E (400 IU) capsule
  • (3) Multi-Mineral capsules or (1) Multi-Mineral tablet
  • (1) Digestive Enzyme tablet or capsule

 

BEFORE BED
  • Ginseng Tea made with distilled water
